Meditation is a chance for the mind and body to be still, a chance to reflect and be at peace. The impact on the mind, body and soul is plentiful and too numerous to mention ~ better and restful sleep, positive thinking, solutions are able to be gained with a clearer mind, stress levels can be lowered, many hormones and chemical are released from the brain which have a benefit and impact on your thinking and being ~ Serotonin is the key hormone that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. This hormone impacts your entire body. It enables brain cells and other nervous system cells to communicate with each other. Serotonin also helps with sleeping, eating, and digestion. Stress hormones are lowered with meditation
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
