REFUND POLICY

Reading appts
If an appointment has to be rescheduled from either party an alternative date will be arranged which is suitable. Elaine tries to be as flexible as possible and will offer upto 2 alternative appointments within 4 weeks of the original booked date.

If a reading is missed or refund requested after the appointment time a small refund may be made at Elaine’s discretion. This is not always guaranteed

If Elaine receives no replies to emails or contact within 4 weeks, you forfeit your right to a refund. Refunds are minus 25% and fees and can take upto 10 working days to process.
Workshops, courses, mentorship
If cancelling or leaving a workshop or course after a start date, unfortunately no refunds will be given as the space has been reserved for you and can't be filled, no alternative workshop, course or refund will be offered.
If cancelling before a start date a refund is given minus a discretionary deposit fee.
Events
Refunds are given if the event is cancelled by Elaine or the venue.

Please ensure email addresses submitted with orders are correct, in case a written contact is needed. Incorrect email addresses submitted may result in your order being cancelled with no offer of reschedule or refund.

DEPOSITS ARE NON RETURNABLE OR TRANSFERRABLE

Special offer appointments are not able to be changed or rescheduled to a different date.
