Attract good luck

At this time of year, most thoughts begin to turn towards Christmas. This year more than ever people are thinking of the rising cost of living and the energy and fuel prices and how to attract more income.

Try these simple stepds to banish stagnant old energy and draw positive new energy to help banish the worries.

Wear red - colour affects how you feel, and red is a colour of strength and according to feng shui attracts good luck and prosperity. Wear red on the top half or bottom half even a hat or scarf to begin that prosperity path. Have red accesories in your home like cushions, throws or sweets! Red can manifest happiness and good luck.

Be thankful - use the power of your mind to bring abundance into your life. Write 5 things down that you are grateful and thankful for, the universe naturally bestows and welcomes more good fortune into our lives.

Carry citrine - Citrine is known as the lucky merchants gemstone and is synonomous with prosperity. This yellow crystal, kust like the suns rays is a happiness magnet and also a positive energy magnet so keep it close at all times. Carry a piece in a pocket or purse to remind you of your good intentions.

Trust in a charm - Put your thoughts out into the universe and trust it will come back in a positive way. Send out a clear message of positivity by carrying or keeping a charm, which then helps you focus on a positive intention. Horseshoes, four leaved clovers and rainbows are all considered symbols of good luck and good fortunes. Keep images or ornaments of these around your home.

The number 8 - In numerology, the number 8 is a sign of wealth, prosperity, abundance and achievement. In some traditions like Chinese numerology, the 8 is a sign of good luck, which is why it’s often sought out for special dates. Carry a piece of paper with 8 wrote on in your purse, 8 is also very symbolic for infinity.

Intentions - set your intentions daily, making a clear decision to be positive in thoughts, reactions and actions. This brings about a positive mindset and promotes a healthy way of thinking.

Meditation and relaxing - Spend 10’20 minutes a day in the quiet and sit with your thoughts, not only does it help you to see solutions to worries but it also helps you to take your mind away from worries thus enabling a clearer way of thinking and a more balanced and rational approach to ‘problems’ which arise in your day.
