Vision boards, dream boards have been shown to work in many ways. Celebrities and business people use them and i've used them a few times.
What your actually doing is physically creating a vision of what you want to manifest, and it's one of the simplest ways.
I'm going to explain the easiest way to make one, that will work for you

A quick tip to finding your hearts desire.
Our busy lives mean we lose sight on our life's purpose at times, this exercise helps to bring that back.
1 ~ Find a quiet space and sit as comfortable as possible, with your back straight, uncrossed legs and hands in your lap
2 ~ Set an intention to relax deeply, remembering everything that happens during the visualisation, to truly benefit from it
3 ~ Close your eyes and take a deep breath, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Take a total of seven breaths and with each exhale, imagine your going deeper and deeper into relaxation, becoming calmer as your thoughts slow
4 ~ Now imagine you're walking in a town centre, along a busy street. Imagine the shops and buildings as you pass by. Notice if it is daytime or night-time. Walk with a spring in your step and watch yourself as though you were watching another person. As you walk, people jostle you as they pass by. You come to a street corner, turn left and ahead of you is a huge advertising billboard
5 ~ Stop and read the billboard, it's promoting and acknowledging what is great about you. Does it show a picture of you with someone else? Have you won an award? Is it a book you have written? What does the text say? Set your intention to recall all your first thoughts about it
6 ~ Now take a deep breath and slowly bring yourself back into the present, breathing normally
7 ~ Take a few moments to write down what came to mind in your visualisation and reflect on any insights.
This is a great way to remind yourself about yourself!

A few years ago after my husband had passed, i wasn't feeling in the best of places, i realised i had turned into someone i didn't like.
I'd had a lot of negativity around me, people, gossip, rumours and influences, the activity leading upto and surrounding Peter's passing had finally pulled me down and turned me into a person who just didn't like or love themselves. Everything i seemed to do turned to mush, felt everything was karma coming back to me, though my intention was pure (or so i thought, not realising i was carrying the negative energies i had soaked up) I, like many, thought i needed love to make me feel "whole" or "better".
I was talking to a friend who is a white witch and asked her about spells or anything that could help bring love into my life. She told me a couple of ways, reciting daily affirmations (i didn't try it then, as i wanted FAST results!) and setting an altar, which i thought was a bit much or a bit too witchy but thought i'll try it...it worked in a way i definately didn't see coming!
It worked for me so i KNOW it CAN work for you!

A lesser known secret...
You can empower yourself by calling on one of your idols in the spirit world to help you follow your dreams.
Celebrities in the spirit world are keen to share their gifts too, act almost as a mentor to help you with your dreams, hopes and aspirations, all you have to do is ask for their help!
A few years ago i'd been wondering about it for a little while, thoughts of it would just randomly pop into my head and decided to try. I'd actually not heard about it before, so i visualised the person i was asking, i was kind of blown away and didn't quite trust if i'd saw right. But after a short while i was sat in trance in front of an audience, sure enough as the audience were saying who they could see, the name Cleopatra came out...yes i'd asked Cleopatra queen of the Nile to help in a particular way, and she had!
Give this a try and find out for yourself.
Hold a picture of the person you would like to connect to or write their name down. Gazing at the picture or their name, imagine them coming to life, take notice of the clothes they wear, how do they sound and how do they smell.
Sitting quietly, close your eyes, imagine your celebrity helper coming towards you, taking their hand when they offer it, ask for their help, be clear and detailed in how you would like their help. Take some deep breaths and visualise your celebrity helper bathing you in a golden light. You feel light, bright and ready to take on the world and move forward.
Be open to signs they will give you to let you know they're around you and helping you. This could be a few days or a few weeks, but watch and listen as signs come in the strangest of ways and unexpected places.

It's important to feed and nourish your inner self, to take time out, a breather, a rest and relaxation, to treat yourself.
There's so many people who don't realise how easy it can be. Meals or cooking for yourself can be so rewarding when you take the time to prepare and present it with love. So often we just think of the actual act of "just eat" but if it's presented nicely and its appealing to the eye it actually tastes better and we enjoy more.
As you prepare or even while shopping for your ingredients, you can visualise it nicely presented and how fulfilling and tasty it will be. It makes a difference to your dining experience. We aren't always in a position to have someone else cook for us, but it's nice when it happens!
Think of how you feel when visiting a restaurant and how mouthwateringly good your meal looks when served!
Noticing the "little" things
It doesn't have to be "big" things that make you happy, it could be making that call to a friend you've not spoke to for a while not realising how fast time flies. If you go to a park or sitting in the open air, notice how you feel. It can often make you feel "clearheaded" and lighter, you will also start to notice the colours around you starting to stand out more to you, for example sitting in a park, you'll notice the different shades in leaves and you will also notice the sounds as you sit.
As you start noticing the small things and the joy they make you feel, you'll start to become aware of more and you'll notice more too. Doing these often will build a momentum and create more joy.
Facing your fears
Take the time to sit in the quiet and call up your fears, in other words think about what you are afraid of. It may be loneliness, it may be emotional hurt or many fears. Choose to experience it fully. Cry, howl, whimper or whatever sound you want to make to allow it to come out. Ask your inner child what he/she needs, once you know..give in and allow your body to feel your own love.
Start your day in a wonderful way
Each day we have a fresh start, a new opportunity. You choose which side of the bed to get out of. The positive way is to start your day with gratitude, start with "I'm grateful that i woke up today, i'm grateful for a supercomfy, warm bed, i'm grateful for the sun shining today" you'll notice a difference the more days you follow this through.
Create a "sacred space" or "your space"
Be more receptive to subtle energies by physically clearing away clutter, opening the windows and letting fresh air blow through, this allows old stagnant air to leave. Then you can sit and visualise the area filled with peace, love, harmony or use a sage stick to waft through.
Tune in and connect to earth and source
In your cleared space, sit with your back straight so your chakras are aligned, take 3 deep breaths, set your intention to ground yourself. Visualise your own roots going down into and through the layers of the earth into the core, you can then ask Mother Earth to drain all energy that is not for your highest good and instead replace it with revitalising light and energy which will benefit your highest good to fill you.
Alternatively place your left hand on your heart, relaxing your shoulders and your arms, allowing your belly to soften. Take three slow deep breaths, each for a count of four and out for a count of four, bring your attention to your heart, noticing any physical or emotional sensations.
Its amazing how treating yourself in a kinder way can really bring peace, harmony and nourish your soul, if done regularly

Thoughts are living thinds..we are all energy, thoughts included. It is so easy to think angry or unkind thought's about other's and ourself when things don't go the way we think they should but, you'll find when you do that..you'll go through a patch when everything seems to go wrong because you'll see everything through the same eyes, the negative eyes. It will seem that you are attracting negative energy and you are as thats all you see. When this happens, it's an ideal time to sit back and reflect on each occurence and see what they all have in common, that's usually what needs to be looked at and how you can look with a fresh perspective. This can be done by meditation when you meditate on yourself and your willing to look at your flaws openly and honestly and not "hiding" from them. It can be a revelation what you might see, as it also can show your good points and in turn it will help you to release and let go of negative thoughts and feelings about yourself and others.
You will actually feel the weight of carrying negativity lift, as it takes a lot more effort to ;keep in a negative frame of mind. Generally a negative mindset can result in tiredness, loss of focus in areas that you feel "bore" you or thinking in general that you know better or your thoughts are better. This is the sign of a closed mind, one that isnt open to other's opinions or thoughts.
That being said, we all have life's stresses and worries and if we use them as an excuse or crutch that can also pull our thinking down. It's recognising that we do that as an excuse for behaviours and how we can correct that behaviour to a healthier way of thinking and behaving that will make a difference.
Walks in the fresh air whether on a beach, a forest or anywhere there is nature or the flora and the fauna is ideal, getting away from the humdrum of life can quieten the mind allowing us to lift and seperate the thoughts, prioritising what we need to and freshen our perspective. Basically shifting the focus from in our own minds. If you live in remote places or at the beach, then the mind may be too still and boredom sets in, in which case a visit into a city or crowded area would stimulate your mind which would have a beneficial effect.
When looking at our own flaws, it can be a very revealing time. We will experience a range of emotions as we deal with what we see. It's healthy and if we're open to personal growth it won't be too bad feeling the emotions as we're able to let them go. We don't criticize our behaviours or flaws, we begin to analyze and learn from them thus helping the personal growth to happen.
When you conciously choose to expand your personal growth, you'll begin to experience a change of energy within, your demeanour changes, you actually carry yourself in a more confident way as you give off positive vibrations and energy, your self esteem is boosted which again boosts your confidence. In realty your creating a healthier circle and not a vicious circle. As you see the positive effects it becomes easier and less effort to actively remain positive.
You'll find your friends begin to change as your vibrational frequency changes, you'll begin to question the important things in your life, where is your employment going in 5/10 years, where can you see yourself living in 5/10 years, how can you see yourself in 5/10 years etc in reality what you are doing is setting your goals, building your dreams and hopes. Your setting your intentions, forward thinking and building on the now. Your friends begin to change as your ideals change, its not to say you won't be friends but you'll find time spent together or socialising becomes less as your priorities change. Where your priorities go, you'll make friends there too, so not only are you changing friends your actually increasing your circle of friends.
Work or employment can change, as you've set your dreams, hopes and goals, you'll start to see openings happening. job opportunities, doors opening, contacts being made, sometimes self employment or promotions will come in subtly though it must be noted that sometimes it can happen like a bolt from the blue!
Finances can change, surroundings and in many many ways the changes can occur. It's even good to realise that recycling and an awareness of the environment can occur as your thoughts and mindsets are changed.
Becoming more spiritually aware, doesnt mean your going to become a medium over night or even that you will suddenly have an awareness that you didn't have before. It means your becoming more aware of what feeds your soul, what nourishes the soul and more importantly, how joys and blessings can be manifested into your life.
There's a native American parable you might have heard...
which wolf do you feed?
The evil wolf who is hungry for anger, envy, sorrow, regret, arrogance, greed, guilt, self-pity, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego? This wolf is also your inner critic
The good wolf, he is joy, peace, hope, compassion, love, humility, serenity, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth and faith.
Which one wins is the one you choose to feed...
Next time you notice your thinking has become a bit clouded or judgemental, check your thoughts and think of which wolf is being fed
Hope you enjoyed this blog and hopefully it might have made sense to you and answered some questions that have been running in your mind.
You might have
Which wolf are you feeding?

Lately i've been thinking about crying, why do we cry? what is the difference in tears of laughter and tears of sadness? what does crying do for us? where do the tears come from? I've meditated on this and thought about this and came back to the same answer...crying is a release of emotions.
Grieving for a loved one causes us to hold emotions in, we try to be strong for others and ourselves. We still feel the need to emotionally collapse but usually we don't give in to it as much as we should.
Crying with grief is a release of the love we have inside for the person we lost. It can be a deep racking sobbing, coupled with a feeling of helplessness and a feeling of emptiness and its a natural process. To some it can release the feelings we have of, have we done enough, what if, if only...as we cry we're letting these feeling go, for some it takes time for others it can be a quick process. But it's a natural emotion. Sometimes it you can actually feel the release, as a lighter feeling grows in your chest or as a weight leaves you. This can happen if you've realised the loved one has had enough, it's best for them or you have accepted the ineviteable. It's the ones left behind who feel the loss most.
Crying over a relationship, is like a grief, its mourning a loss, an ending. It all depends on how much love was there at the time of the end or break up, some people know when it's over but sometimes stay in that relationship a little bit longer. When that happens you might find there's very few tears if any. Some feel a sense of relief even. Sometimes when a relationship is over, you might not be crying for that person, it could be the extended relationships which have built, the bonds and the ties that you feel you lose.
Crying in pain or when we hurt ourselves is really to soothe ourselves, feeling sorry for ourselves, and you'll find as the pain of hurting ourselves goes, so does the crying.
Emotional crying for seemingly no reason can happen when we feel out of balance, losing control, out of sync with life in general, and sometimes can have a domino effect, we look for the reasons why, we look to sometimes blame other things and sometimes it can be situations or others that can cause this crying, its the cause and effect reaction.
So crying in general when it's to do with any kind of pain, whether a loss, an ending or actual pain is for soothing ourselves emotionally. And emotions are all from within. Hopelessness, abondonment, loneliness can all be rolled together. It's our body's own natural painkiller
Crying with joy or happiness can happen out of the blue too, if we've really looked forward to an event, meeting someone we havn't seen for sometime, can cause feelings of excitement and it can be overwhelming and we cry. We cry at jokes when we laugh. If you think, when we go through bouts of crying with sadness, there's almost always something that will pick us up and make us smile or laugh and there'll be a tear or two that come with that. We can be sad or feeling tearful and someone will say "cheer up" or try in their way to make us laugh or at least smile. This is a form of "cleansing" a carthartic or purging of the emotions.
Crying is good for us as it cleanses the emotions. If you have had a bad day, emotionally and feel stressed, a good cry at the end of the day is one of the ways the body cleanses and purges itself to pick itself and emotions up again.

People join in live sessions on social media receiving messages, but still don't understand they don't need to be in the same room as a medium.
Energy is energy, and over the past few weeks have you seen there is no difference? Whether for a psychic reading or mediumistic reading over the telephone or video, the connection is the same. In fact it can be a better connection.
It is a common misconception that the majority of people think this, but with the power of social media, zoom and many internet conferencing facilities now, hopefully it will help to break that myth, even angel and tarot cards can be read via video.
With the covid19 lockdown happening globally, it's helping to reunite more people than ever via the internet. Spiritual churches are now holding services, mediums are going live and readings are via telephone and video and hopefully more and more people are realising mediums and psychics do not need that face to face connection.
Energy is all around us, and how i connect is to the energy, it may be your voice vibration which could enable me to connect to your energy, it may be from the spirit side of life which attracts my attention. As a genuine psychic medium i can work both ways, so you do not need to be in the same room as me for readings or connectionsas energy is energy.
Energy is a wonderful thing in the ways it can connect us, not only by utilities ie;electric, gas, hydro, turbo, etc etc but by the power of spirit energy.
